Regardless of the building project that is being undertaken our processes, project management, attention to detail and quality control systems are applied to every aspect to ensure a seamless operation from start to finish.
Before getting in touch with us it’s useful to collect a few key details of the project you’re looking to undertake to create an initial concept.
These include the obvious things like size, type of construction and desired location (or details of an existing location), and in the case of architectural homes, it’s also helpful to have photos of desired styles. Once you have the initial concept details, call us to arrange a meeting.
When we first meet, we’ll work with you to expand on the initial concept and refine ideas, and we’ll advise if any parts of the proposed construction are likely to require the input and expertise of an architect or engineer.
In addition, we’ll outline each stage of the development process and what’s involved, defining the roles of the company, the customer and any sub-contractors that may be required.
Once a plan for the work has been created, we can then price it and provide a quote or estimate for the work. The work is conditional on gaining confirmation of resource and building consents from local authorities.
The focus of our own building team and our ‘preferred supplier’ sub-contractors is to complete the work to a very high standard and to finish the project on time and to budget. We’ll provide regular updates as the development progresses, and we can arrange for you to visit the site if desired.
Site works and landscaping are managed by the Hann Construction team and experienced co-contractors to meet your project’s budget. We can also assist to help you customize your new commercial building or residential dwelling by recommending an interior designer.
